He is a Founder and Director of Vevra, he is responsible for driving company strategy and building the best possible leadership team to achieve Vevra’s vision of becoming a leader in its field.
Kamlesh Pohekar: Director and Principal Architect
He is a Co-founder and Principal Architect of Vevra Architecture. He is registered with COA,
India; Fellow, Indian Institute of Architects; and registered with BMC. He has over 16 years of extensive and diversified experience in a wide range of projects with French Engineering Consulting firm, Groupe Egis and Kamlesh taught at the academics at CMR school of Architecture prior to joining Vevra. He also lectures at one the best Architecture school in India- RV College of Architecture. Kamlesh is keen on taking industrial and commercial projects on a different scale of design and planning.
Sridhar.R: Director- Structures
Mr. Sridhar.R is a Director at Vevra and Edecons, Civil Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore University – in the year 1975 & Post Graduate in Civil Engineering from “The Indian Institute of Science”, Bangalore in the year 1977.He is one of the very well know Structural Engineer in India with a 42 years of extensive experience design and management team and a founder of Edecons consultants Pvt Ltd. He has been involved in projects from start to end for various sectors from Industries, Institutes, Residences, IT Campuses, Hospitals and Large infrastructure development varied in nature, size and complexities.
Piotr Szczesniak: Partner & Architect
A master’s degree holder from the Eindhoven University of Technology and an alumni from Warsaw University of Technology. He is a founder at BYGG Architecture and a partner with Vevra with a 10 plus years of experience. Piotr believes that an architecture is a powerful tool that can influence human wellbeing, communities and natural environment.
Piotr is able to think out of the box by default. By not taking the world ‘as it is’ for granted, he translates the clients wishes in solutions that surprise, but make sense.
Tim Kouthoofd : Partner & Architect
Tim is an alumni from Eindhoven University of Technology with a 10 plus years of experience and he founded BYGG Architecture, Netherland and a partner with Vevra.
He is a connector and Brings the right people together to find the right solution for the right challenge
Suparna Maiti: Principal Design
She is an Architect & Urban designer registered with COA India; and a co-founder of Vevra Architecture with 10 years’ experience and having worked on projects of varied scale ranging from Master Plans for institutional campuses to hospitals to Industrial to mixed use developments ranging from 50 to 200 acres.
Satheesh : Principal- Structure & Civil Design
He has a vast experience in the field of Construction Project Management and Structural/ Civil design for over 16 years plus and holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from “Anna University” and a registered structural engineer from BBMP- Bengaluru, India and CMDA Chennai, India
He Joined Vevra in the year 2015 to support the Design and Build concept for all types of Project and sector, he also serves as a Director at Edecons Consultants Pvt Ltd.
Hemalatha: Director- Electrical & BMS
She is a Director at Vevra since 2015 with a 20 years plus of experience in the field of electrical and BMS design and a Member of ELCA-“ Electrical Consultants association ”, India.
She has an enormous experience in the field of designing of HT/LT Electrical System, Lighting Automation, Networking, Security, AV and BMS (Building Management System) for large projects for Residential, Commercial, IT Campuses, Institutes, Hotels, Hospitals, Townships, Infrastructure and Interiors projects.
Prasanna: Principal design- Electrical & Safety
He is a Principal electrical designer at Vevra since 2015 with a 14 years plus of experience in the field of electrical, Safety and BMS. He has an enormous experience in the field of designing of HT/LT Electrical System, Lighting Automation, Networking, Security, AV and BMS (Building Management System) for a large projects for Residential, Commercial, IT Campuses, Institutes, Hotels, Hospitals, Townships, Infrastructure and Interiors projects.
Vevra Construction Team
Vevra is having an in-house 150 plus Construction | Plumbing | Electrical & Carpentry team.
The team headed by our Directors Mahesh Krishnachari, Kamlesh Pohekar & Satheesh.
Vevra has about 40 Skilled, 60 Semi skilled & 80 Unskilled Laborer's, having tremendous work experience in an Industrial, IT, Residential, Interiors & Commercial projects.
